MEET ME IN ST. LOUIS

Role: Lon Smith

Production Info: August 15-25, 1996 @ Mac-Haydn Theatre
Director/Choreographer: Dennis Edenfield
Musical Director: Kep Kaeppeler

Meet Me In St. Louis felt like an afterthought considering all the hard work we had done that summer at the Mac. We kept our noses to the grindstone, though, and it turned out to be a really beautiful production. The show contains all of the great songs from the Judy Garland movie, including “The Trolley Song,” “The Boy Next Door,” and “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas” . . . and my friend Melissa Giattino sang the heck out of 'em. I played her brother, Lon Smith, and I had lots of fun with the scenework and those classic tunes!
