This production was my second time around with Grease (my first being at the Mac-Haydn Theatre), although it was the first time I had the chance to play Doody, the youngest and most naive Burger Palace Boy. This production featured a great big rotating set that really made the “Magic Changes” transformation a lot of fun. It was great to look out into the audience and see families enjoying the show together, and I loved the kids that would come decked out in full “Greaser” or “Pink Lady” attire. Almost every show was standing room only, and we always had everyone yelling and cheering by the finale. Once again, “it wudn’t Shakespeare,” but we sure had a good time!
