This hilarious tale of overachievers' angst chronicles the experience of six adolescent outsiders vying for the spelling bee championship of a lifetime. The show's Tony-Award winning team created the unlikeliest of hit musicals about the unlikeliest of heroes: a quirky yet charming cast of outsiders for whom a spelling bee is the one place where they can stand out and fit in at the same time. Playing a boy scout and champion of the 24th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, I returned to defend my title... but might have found puberty hitting at an inopportune moment!

Rehearsals began in Whitefish, Montana on June 16th, and performances took place Tuesdays through Sundays beginning Thursday, July 9th, with the final performance taking place on Sunday, July 26th.
