New Year\'s FunJanuary is usually a slow month in showbiz-land, so I often extend my Florida vacation a week or so to start the New Year off right!! Below are some photos from that first week in January, including some pics from my Dad’s annual New Year’s lunch at my sister’s house in Boynton Beach. Also below are some pics from my fun Birthday/Christmas trip to the Big Apple Circus (courtesy of my pal Vito)!!:

Sweeney Todd Opening NightThe 6-week rehearsal/preview period leading up to the opening of Sweeney Todd could be described by using any adjective in the book: fun, intense, arduous, complicated, goofy, visceral, heady...but most of all, LONG! When the show was finally up and running, Baltimore Center Stage threw us a great Opening Night party to celebrate the momentous birth of this epic musical piece. Check out the photos below to see all of the Sweeney cast members and production team blowing off steam, including a little trip down the “Electric Slide:”

Adventures in BaltimoreDuring our three-month stay in Baltimore, the cast of Sweeney Todd spent some wonderful times bonding with each other at the various restaurants and tourist sites around the city. Some of our most favorite moments, however, were the quieter ones...small parties at a patron’s home, game nights and visits from family and friends. The pictures below are from some of those events (the ones that don’t fit in any other category!):

Washington DCHow can you spend the season in Baltimore and not take a trip (or two...or three) to our nation’s capital city, Washington DC??? Well, my friend and castmate Alecia Robinson and I did just that. Some of the many sites we hit on our various trips included the National Air and Space Museum, the National Zoo, the Mall, the White House, and the various monuments scattered throughout the city. And, of course, one of our trips included a stroll among the cherry blossoms! Check out the pics below:
